Terms of Service

I'm not too picky when it comes to this subject but there will still be rules. As long as you follow these then you can use my graphics and such to your heart's desire.

1. You may NOT direct any of my graphics. It takes up my bandwidth and I only have so much to use.

2. Do NOT claim my graphics as your own. That is stealing and in case you didn't know, stealing is illegal.

3. You may not redistribute these graphics of mine without permission. You must ask for consent first. I will most likely say yes if proper credit is given.

4. Please give credit if you take my graphics. If it's a wallpaper, MSN icon, or a personal use graphic, that's okay (I don't expect you to put a piece of tape on your computer labelling it was from me....) but if it's on your site or something please put a simple text link to http://dreamsofflying.neko-simba.com saying that's where you got it.

5. I understand that my graphics may not be the best, and you might be a better graphics maker than me, but if you are, you most likely started out not-so-good yourself, so before you criticize think about it, and if you're jsut the kind of person that likes to put people down for no reason, forget it, I won't fall for it and you might just find yourself on a page that I haven't created but I don't want to.


Simple right? I don't have much to ask and if you ask me, that's not much. Failure to listen to these rules though may result in consequences such as, banned from the site, and I don't want to but a spot on a blacklist (please follow rules, I don't want a blacklist...)
